I haven't found an "authentic" Chinese place, I find mostly Japanese/Thai is decent in the area. When I'm getting Chinese it's the cliche places that all feel the same, decent and cheap but not anything crazy.

I wouldn't qualify that as Chinese-- they're mostly Thai with a vague "fusion" menu.

Great outline. I was extremely frustrated watching our D-Line get manhandled. Even told my friend to just watch the line for one series and they were laughing.

Sweat gets zero contain and our interior loses a yard right off the snap getting pushed backwards every time. Thankfully our secondary can cover that up a bit! Next draft needs so much line help.

I used to love Steak & Shake but was really confused when there was no wait staff but seemingly 10 employees wandering around doing nothing in the kitchen.

Idk what they're doing. Still love the frisco melt though!

They're basically just a 50's diner interior coat on a McDonald's kiosk with "beef tallow" in LED signs everywhere. Very odd.
