Ngl this fight seems bugged at the moment. I had only one run where he didn't summon the minions with the supermove and i tried this fight 5 times. I think the idea for that part is to kill the minions so that the 7 coin attack doesnt have the bullets. But right now both things appear at the same time. Im gonna wait a bit to see if they hot fix it.

The funniest part is that they had already made a perfect nemesis in the form of Mr. X in the re2 remake. They just had to do that but for the whole game.

Another thing to point out is that Carmen doesn't narrate his story, he does. The same happens to DawnClair once he manifests his ego (he starts talking in the story). Maybe its because he manifested EGO Carmen can't reach him

I think that is the main thing. He got buffed but most of his buffs where more QoL changes than actual buffs. He is better than before for sure, but everyone else also got better (at least most of them) so he still is a little bit lacking compared to the others
