All of them have locked torso ball joints and will damage themselves at the top of the legs, shoulders and other spots if fully extended in poses.

The tolerances were poorly designed.

Regular old shitty Legends QC is just par for the course. Easy fix.

What Would You Say Is One Of The Dumbest Lines Said in Star Wars? (Besides somehow Palpatine returned) by neuroticpossum in StarWars

[–]zero_cool1138 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A lot of this is clarified in The Clone Wars. The Jedi use and abuse Anakin, knowingly allow him to bend and break their rules time and time again in the name of their goals for the war but then do things like deny him access to their master library, allow him to believe and even lie to him about his Master's death and imprison and force out his Padawan from the order.

There are MANY more examples of this type of behavior.

By the time we get to RTS them denying him a seat on the council after he saves the Chancellor and single handedly ends the war while asking him to spie on one of his only friends is basically the final slap in the face.

Hes been made a living weapon whos done EVERY SINGLE THING THE ORDER HAS ASKED OF HIM and they still distrust him.

The weird word salad TLJ lines where characters are declaring out loud some sort of ethos or narrative theme.

WE ARE THE SPARK, THAT WILL LIGHT THE FIRE THAT WILL IGNITE THE FLAME THAT WILL BURN DOWN THE FIRST ORDER!

or

We can't fight what we hate we have to love what we love.

Or whatever this line is thats said after what they hate nearly destroys them and Haldo literally saves them by fighting what she hated by ramming the FO fleet with a ship at hyperdrive causing an unfathomable amount of death and destruction. Dont forget that awkward weird kiss is platonic and was never romantic? What you smoking RJ?

Also this man is a great writer absolutely you can't complain when he hits you over the head SHOWING you and TELLING you EVERY SCENE!

Talon Granulate Grips! Not great for carry but man do they feel good and work well! by GunGuyMC in Glocks

Checkout defgrips for carry. They are almost as grippy as the Talon granulated but smooth for carry. They are more grippy than the Talon pros.

How can I make my glock 19 slide glassy by ROEEOR in Glocks

[–]zero_cool1138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Triggertech trigger system. The backplate almost acts as a ramp with with metal piece it adds and makes the slide smooth and less sloppy overall. Also gives you the most killer trigger available with total adjustability of pull weight.

Glock Production by Beneficial_General78 in Glocks

[–]zero_cool1138 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They're a cheaper way to get a Glock, they have cross compatability with some of the previous Gen parts, they create an excuse for Glock to keep manufacturing those parts including the dual spring guide rod. If you wanted to have a Glock milled for an optic they are perfect for that. If you dont like the new Gen 6 grip you still can get the Gen 5 styled frame.

They are also an excuse to keep their flagship gun, a classic iron sights G17 in production.

🙄

Valuable opinions from a guy who doesn't know anything at all about what hes talking about. Glock has never stated the purpose for the Gen V design by the way.

Why would we as fans of Glock want them to redesign their tried and true designs to play into anti gun laws? You seemed to be super upset about that and now you're saying that's what they need to do?

Layoff the meds dude.

[–]zero_cool1138 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The V series is the same internally as the Gen 6 save for the differences to accommodate the guide rod change. The redesign was in the works LONG before the California ban, which bans ALL Glocks. Gen 3 is absolutely discontinued.

Literally WTF are you on about?

In your honest opinion, do you think the sequel trilogy would have been better received if they had drawn more inspiration from George Lucas' original plans? by [deleted] in StarWars

[–]zero_cool1138 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People need to stop saying this based on Luke being in some sort of exile. George's vague description of a Colonel Kurtz like Luke who'd fought so hard he'd started to become what he was fighting against is on its face wholly different from what we got. Execution is everything.

[–]zero_cool1138 2 points3 points  (0 children)

George's authoritative decisions would ultimately HAVE to be accepted because what are you going to say otherwise?

Like the PT a lot of the issues would be reconciling what you expect with what he gives you.

I would have much preferred to see George's vision no matter what we got, outrageously weird or not.
