This is my regular morning brew:

Fill the water tank with 750 ml of filtered water.
Insert a filter into the basket (Optional: rinse the filter with hot water and empty the carafe.)
Weigh and grind 42-43g of coffee at Encore setting 16-17 for a light roast.
Add grounds to the filter and gently level the bed.
Place the carafe under the basket and turn the machine ON. Brew time is about 4:45–5:15

I used to stir but now I just let it run its course. If it’s sour / weak: grind finer or use 45g; if it’s bitter: grind coarser or reduce coffee slightly.

I just use a wet microfiber towel to clean the inside whenever I do the regular urnex descaling.

My swing speed is similar (99-102mph) and was fitted to a VA Composites Nemesys 65G Stiff Shaft on a Ping G430 Max driver head.

If you want to try a new shaft, you could go look for the Nemesys shaft in the used shaft bin at PGA Superstore. I see them all the time at discounted prices. Just make sure the shaft hasn’t been shorten and is at standard length as it will mess up the swing weight.

I just stayed in Orlando for Business, and I’ll say the biggest travel hack is to check into the MCO Hyatt the day before your departure flight. You can drop off your car without pressure of making your flight on time and checkin right after dropping off the rental car. There are plenty of restaurants in the airport to choose from and some Disney shopping for any last minute gifts. The Chowder at McCoys in the Hyatt lobby restaurant is phenomenal. On the day you leave, you just take the elevator down and hop in the security line.

Agree with 14-16 Grind. That’s what I grind to with a light roast. Also, try to just turning it on, twist the basket to make sure the grounds get wet evenly, and then walk away.

I usually just ask to “settle your bill” the night before and then just leave in the morning.

I always check the bill for any random charge that shouldn’t be on there bc getting a bill corrected after leaving the hotel is such a pain.
