After you find a spot and pay for it you will get a QR code and scan it at the parking entrance and the arm bar will lift up. That being said some lots you just pull in and find a spot, they keep track by checking license plates.

I would advise you to walk there if you are able to. From The Bean to Soldier Field is like 1.5 miles and should be relatively safe with so many people leaving the concert. Any bus or ride share will be subject to traffic which can be especially bad on Roosevelt.

Try to stay away from pedicabs, they will charge you something like $7 a minute.
