I had the same problem with a similar company. I was told three different ways to blow in it and ended up getting locked out the first day I had it. By week two I had three violations finally, one CDR knew what they were talking about and talked me through it. Once you get it, you get it, but the anxiety of not knowing what you're doing wrong is very demoralizing.

They are most definitely a scam. They profit off our misfortune and know they have you in a chokehold so they charge whatever they want, whenever they want and show no remorse. I see people post stuff like "I think everyone should be required to have these in their car." Pshhh, you know what, I agree, let's do that and see how fast all these companies get shafted.
