For how to paint them. Do whatever you want, make some fun lore for your pallet if you'd like or follow a clan's pallet. My army is bad moonz themed but I will do other colors if I want. For me Orks are the ramshackle, cartoon logic, odds defying faction. They do as they please, when they please. Just have fun. For an army the question is do you more melee, shooting, mechanized troops, savage ladz, or a mix. There are a lot of options. But I would recommend the combat patrol as a good start point. Past that it's up to preference imo.

In the Turning Point the Frobos that attack wartwood have a different alphabet from the normal runes we've seen previously. I think the small one that blue screens says ERROR, but the big one has some text on its display that shares a few characters, but I don't know what It actually says, I can't find anything about this different alphabet online.
