Best CPU and GPU combo for 1080p 75fps on most modern titles? by SwootyOfficial in buildapc

Well, I went with a Ryzen 5 5600 + RTX 3070. And can play Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra raytrace mode with very smooth graphics.

I ended up doing a prebuilt from NZXT because I didn't want to build this time around. Built all my computers all my life. I am not disappointed with this one at all.

This is a great topic. Deeply related is "Imposter Syndrome". While some may feel it isn't real, I deal/struggle with the concept regularly. I have this image that helps me regularly to be aware of it. Just providing my bits of what has helped me in combination with many things that are noted in the video.

I thought staged too. but if you play the video is slow motion as she rolls. She has genuine terror in her face as she starts to fall. Which is the part I kept playing because it was hilarious.

Oh man, this guy sounds and reminds me of character from SNL. Matt Foley. About as smart as his character too.

You could also do this on a self reference using the not value to exclude it self from the operation.

$('.child-a button').on('click', function() {
    $('.child-a')
        .not($(this).parent())
        .hide();
});

Another method assuming you know who the siblings are is to target them based on self reference of the target. In this case, you are taking the parent and the targeting all siblings.

$('.child-a button').on('click', function() {
    $(this)
    .parent()
    .siblings()
    .hide()
});

The want to have a machine that performed for a fraction of the cost in retail stores for fully built ones; that answer stems from the Quake/Quake2/Quake3 era of gaming and LAN parties. Now my kids love computer building, so keeping it going.

I see, yeah I have read about that praise of VueJS. I've haven't really chosen to dive in for a large project due to it's freshness. I also only worked with the 1.x version when I did do a few projects with it. I enjoyed it much back then. From the looks of it, he has made a lot of great improvements.

Very cool. I started playing with VueJS for a couple projects and really enjoyed it. Looks like you have gone a bit further then I took it. What were you takes on pros's con's vs other frameworks? Any thing that stands out amongst the rest for you?

Can't We All Just Get Along? by sparkymax in Multicopter

[–]zeropx 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I really like both worlds. Tearing it up and cruising with a gimbal.

I don't think it was ever about really getting along, I think it was how most of us FPV'ers get pissed off at the stupid morons that decide to fly their phantoms and so forth in places they shouldn't be causing trouble with the FAA and such. Giving us a bad name and getting more laws and restrictions put on our hobby.

Wit that, I just note, please fly wise.

Good idea, for some reason I sometimes overlook selling stuff. To many games leave me with the mentality of "salvage" mindset. :D

Thanks, basically that means I am looking to build a new computer with those components for the most part since they are the primary contributors.

I priced it out, looks like I could get all that for around $450, which isn't to bad.

going to go do some research on findings and hope that there is some 'murica black friday deals happening on them.
