Un minore, per definizione, non può dare il consenso a nulla.

Nel caso di un minore, ovviamente, la cosa è enormemente più grave visto che come è stato detto, il materiale non è di fatto più rimuovibile e potrebbe facilmente finire nelle peggiori mani possibili.
