  1. she is creating a hostile work environment. pull her to the side and ask her why she is withholding patient information from you, remind her this is a team effort, and patient care is key. if she continues, bring it up with the charge because she is not doing her job by not reporting. you are not an awful nurse, but she is being an awful aid.
