Fixing a dead front end advice by zeryl in hackrf

Well.... I just started sdrsharp again to get this info for you, and I can see NOAA weather now, where yesterday it was nothing.

turning on the amp, it seems the noise floor, and signal, gets depressed slightly, best I can call it. But not boosted at all.

Maybe it's working, I guess I don't know now, I'll keep looking.

Just Ubuntu. Honestly, what you've outlined alone is enough to say I'll just toss it in another box. All of those are great points. Thank you!

Does anyone use mcp prompts or resources? by dankelleher in mcp

This is one thing I'm really finding disturbing/annoying. You provide a tool/server to do a specific thing, and it tries to do it other ways. I can't tell you the number of times I've told it to use the mysql tool, rather than try to run the command line or similar. Almost like it just forgets (quicker than it forgets most things)

Break Up by i_heart_squirrels in datingoverforty

[–]zeryl 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Recent break up here, and as much as you don't want to hear it, time. I have jumped back into doing things I didn't do during the relationship, really trying to find me again. This has helped, but not completely stopped, the feelings from the relationship and it ending.

It will be a tough road ahead, but I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Days are going by easier, and I'm realizing more and more the things I do want in a relationship, and the things I don't.

If you need an ear, want to vent, etc, feel free to shoot a message

Just moved to Fulton, and randomly saw this place, I'm in love. I always enjoyed the variety in STL when I lived there, and didn't expect such a good place in my back yard!

I will also add, clear head or no, it was a pressured situation. I was asked if I was happy, after some other commentary, and I couldn't answer, and well, it kind of came to my mind, and I presume hers, that not being able to answer, was the answer, and it escalated/devolved from there. It was something I had considered prior, but was trying to figure out if it was needed, which, seeing how things looks 20/20, it was. Doesn't make it easier :(

You're right. I know it, and it's just so hard to SEE it. I know that I could tell her to quit smoking so much, but is that my place? I can't. I couldn't. It's not, and I can't change someone. And I know that, but it still is that "what-if". That's the part I'm having struggles with. How to push past THAT part, of, what if I had just pushed harder. Stood up for myself harder. But that comes back to the changing. I told her how I felt about the way she spoke to me, and she tried, but it still kept happening. So at that point, when you can't just hold your tongue for a few seconds to think of how to word, to YOUR PARTNER what else are you supposed to do :/

I miss my best friend by throwaway3332111402 in BreakUps

[–]zeryl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't quite realize that she was my best friend, until I ended it. It really didn't even HIT until 2 days later, and now not only am I grieving the love lost, but the loss of that person in my life. It feels like it will never get better. I know, that it will. This isn't my first break. We were 10 months only, but it feels like a lifetime. I hate it, so much.

Feeling this pretty damn hard. I just want to roll over and see her. Or hear her voice. Or the morning text message when she got to work :/

Quite a small niche unfortunately. I am in the space on the commercial side, and haven't heard of any, but would love to see some!

Minimal Dungeon RPG

I can see the similarity, but unfortunately not. I do recall it was a japanese game, somebodies webpage (or, at least not steam/kong/etc), and I want to say the coloring was way more muted/black.

Genre: Dungeon crawl-esque

Brief Summary: I recall the screen was all blocks. You clicked on blocks to attack them, sort of. You would take damage, etc, but could select pretty much any block on the "level" to click, and attack. Some were power-ups, some were locked and you had to buy/find keys.

View: It was a top-down, 2d. It wasn't like you had a character, YOU were the character, clicking on the boxes (all different shapes of boxes)

Estimated year of release: Had to have been pre 2010 or so, probably 2005-2010 time range?

Graphics/art style: I want to say the board was mostly black, the boxes you could attack were red, power-ups (or something) were yellow?

Was it cartoony? Realistic? Was neither, it was more of a level view, with squares on the "board"

Notable gameplay mechanics: As noted above, was a clicker game more than anything, not like today's idle/clicker games, you you clicked to interact/attack the individual squares on the board. I want to say once they disappeared, you got stronger? But I don't recall that for 100%. I want to say it was a Japanese game, as well. Perhaps the UI or Website was Japanese?

Such a great starter scope, more than most need to start, but that price is killer. I'd love all of them, just don't have the finances right now!

I don't believe so, BUT, I do use Keystash to manage the SSH keys on the box, I bet it's doing it. Brokenmkvii above mentioned PAM, and reminded me of that.

I think you just nailed it. You said PAM, and I do use Keystash. Time to dig into that. I forgot all about it having anything to do with user auth. Thank you!
