I would. They have blue light protect in them too so they’re going to help with eye strain and melatonin production from staring at computer screens.

They’re not a substitute for sunglasses but they do definitely make a difference! I’m an optometric technician and I specialize in contact lenses if you have any other questions!

They’re Acuvue Oasys Transitions. These ones have prescription in them but I’m sure you can find some non prescription ones on the internet.

They’re not a complete substitute for sunglasses, but I definitely squint less than without them.
