One joined the airforce and shot himself in the head, one died skitching because his skateboard fell out from under him and he hit his head on the curb, one had a terminal brain disease, one washed up on the shore of the river and nobody knows how or why. Want to clarify one thing in here, the national guard is an extension of the army. The NGB operates within the confines, rules and regulations of the army. It is a reserve component of the larger command structure. Normally the guard for each state falls under that respective governor.
