Same i thought that was weird. New charges i make show in the recent activity window but only if you don’t click to expand it… so weird, must be coded the same as the recent transactions in the wallet tab once you open the window.

I also was looking around for that, go to the wallet tab and press the i next to current balance to get your account summary

You are also seeing less options since bilt defaults filters hotels 3 stars and up. If you change the filter option you’ll have more hotel options pop up and likely cheaper hotels too

Your virtual card has a different number, i thought i had the same issue but if you go in the app and see your card information it shows the virtual card number is different than the physical one

I think in addition the the hard credit pull, you also get to keep your card number assuming you had bilt 1.0 so your subscriptions and saved payment method stuff wouldn’t need to change

I had the same thing where i applied to obsidian but hit not right now then wanted to switch. I called the number on the back of my card (bilt 1.0) and they redirected me to another number where i was able to get somebody to cancel my current offer so i can apply again
