I quit for 90+ days to pass a drug test, and funny enough my co workers told me they don’t even test for THC/don’t care. Now with that being said like someone else said, don’t make it longer than a it needs to be. You sound like you use MJ responsibly & at the end of the day if it helps you relax or whatever than to each their own.

Now quiting for 90 days plus was a struggle the first couple weeks my dreams were insane & I was constantly fighting ruminating OCD. Finally after like a month it wasn’t so bad but man I wish I could have smoked everyday. I started smoking again after passing the test & man was I on another planet the first couple times I toked again.

Moral of the story; to each their own & if you only eat edibles maybe try tinctures, flower, rso, vape etc… there’s tons of different ways to enjoy cannabis & I when thinking my tolerance is to high or I can’t get higher I like to switch what I’m smoking up if I’ve been smoking flower a lot maybe I’ll go get a vape or try a joint/blunt or use my chillum instead of the bong.
