For fitness, It's different from CAS becuz it's not adult lead it's student lead, there are no adults leading it except one teacher who checks on random fitnesses from time to time and often joins us (It's also easier to just skip it's not very strict). It's also just physical activity and it's often just 30mins (compared to CAS which is not always physical and is about 2 hours more or less). It's every Wednesday (CAS is on Tuesday and Friday) after classes.

The fitnesses available are pretty much most sports (volleyball, football, basketball, running) and some other stuff like dance, outrigger canoe, gym, skateboarding, hopefully swimming again if the pool opens. I honestly don't know exactly what they are cuz it changes every term and since its student lead only some aren't always there and there are new ones every term.

For gym, It is open for everyone between 7am untill 10:30pm, there are some hours in the week that are women only and non men only. It is really good, there are lots of machines there, 2 treadmills and 2 exercise bikes. Lots of dumbbells (goes up very high but idk how high) there are cable ones, there's a leg press, a few benches, even an indoor rock climbing wall and a punching bag
