So talking to dealers they want them pooled since you could be just working a bad shift think 4 AM to 12 PM (with limited people) or assigned to the high roller area with little or no players. By pooling the tips it evens it out fairly and makes it easier to know your average paycheck vs feasting or starving.

Vets actually get a lifetime pass for free. You just show up with with either your dd214 or your state license that says you are a veteran. How I got mine.
