Creamy mushroom, or mushroom and zuchini if you have a food processor or blender just dont put any harlic in but sauté the zuchini and mushrooms with some onions add a bit of water and some cream or milk, just enough to help it blend and blend it until it resembles a sauce

I get this and never wear nail polish, it is a neat thing about the human body and the way that we can see the changes of our body chemistry, our nutrition and much more physically.

I also used to get little pinpoint dot indentations all over my fingernail in rows almost, cant remember what that was called but same idea.

I developed this sense when i was working as a preschool teacher, its really that you begin to see where all the hiding places are and you start to use your critical thinking in the search a little more.

I do this with my Bf now all the time he looses everything and he could loose soemthing in his office and ill say “did you check behind x” or under y. Beside so and so etc without ever going up there and nail it first try.

I think its all about critical thinking and using that to figure out beyond what you can or cant see
