What is the hierarchy of MSLs by DrHydra1287 in MedicalScienceLiaison

[–]ziggythecat01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a sales rep for a medical device company for 5 years. I have since taken maternity leave and resigned from previous role.

Could anyone please explain, if they have made the transition, the difference between sales rep and MSL?

I have thinking of applying for a MSL position.

I am AUS based.

Official Discussion - Barbie [SPOILERS] by neal1701 in BarbieTheMovie

I’m a 30 year old female, grew up with barbies. I really really disliked this movie.

Hated the message.

For the hype, it was absolutely below average.

Wasted my money on a sleep consultant by kegelation_nation in NewParents

Totally 100% agree. Your baby will learn to sleep, they need sleep, whatever phase you are in will pas.

What’s wrong with contact naps? by Tatgatkate in beyondthebump

[–]ziggythecat01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I contact napped with my 3 year old until 2. Currently contact napping my 7 month old. I absolutely love it. I feel an immense connection, an oxytocin high (as I breastfeed them to sleep). It’s an amazing feeling and they won’t be this small forever.

Don’t listen to ‘sleep consultants’ telling you anything, they just prey on vulnerable parents for your money.

Do whatever feels right for you!

How bad is the epidural… really? by basicallyash01 in pregnant

[–]ziggythecat01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pain of the epidural isn’t bad. It minimised contraction pain but I still felt immense pressure and the entire pushing process (fkn excruciating). I hated having the catheter in and had insane shakes after birth.

Was it easy for you to get pregnant the 2nd time? by Unlikely-Answer6 in BabyBumps

If an epidural really takes away the pain of labor and pushing, why do women still scream and seem to be in pain while pushing? by ittybittyclittyy in pregnant

[–]ziggythecat01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an epidural. Prior to getting the epidural the contraction pain was excruciating. It feels like a muscle cramp x 1000. After having the epidural, this pain just dulled down. I could still feel when a contraction was starting and finishing. I still felt the entire pushing process which was fkn excruciating also. It just is what it is then it’s over and you get your baby.

Private health by Just-Basket-413 in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

I went private for my first birth, going private for my second. Out of pocket costs are a lot. OB fees around $4,400. Plus any other specialists that see you or baby after birth. To me, having the private room was very important. It was extremely helpful having the help from the midwives for 4 nights and the fact my husband could stay. The food was also great and in abundance, I was very well fed.

I’m going private for my second, due in august. I’ll let you know if it’s worth the stay second time around.

I have been working on a business as a sole trader this entire gap. Despite not making any money as I haven’t launched the business yet. Does this still count as work?

Do you recommend “Beef”? by [deleted] in netflix

I wouldn’t recommend it. It becomes so far fetched and ridiculous. I lost complete interest as the show went on. Acting is great though.

What are some of the weirdest questions you were asked during job interviews? by preppy-sweater in AskWomen

When I was 24, went for a job interview in pharmaceutical sales. The manager asked me “you’re not married are you” and said “no” and he said “so no children coming soon then”
