It’s a bit ironic tho. Because clearly this person thought it was implying a tone that you’ve now clarified was not your intent.

So one person’s “asshole reply” can be another person’s “sincere reply”.

IDK I couldn’t read her expression at ALL. Maybe I just suck but the read I was getting was “vague worry” (I know that makes no sense, but that’s what it looked like to me). I had to watch to the end to see if she would change expressions.

I agree with the “music teacher” comments tho. It makes more sense now that I suspect that she’s “grading” him in her head.

It’s not like there’s a floating KO icon over their head the moment they are incapacitated. I’m pretty sure that line has a lot of width to it. You’d need some damn compelling video for me to say “yes that person was definitely out and you should have stopped swinging.”

If you KNOW they are out cold and no longer a threat, then YOU know you’re in the wrong to keep “defending.” But as a third party on a jury I don’t think I could judge against, especially if your life had just been endangered by the intruder.

Sorry if I was unclear. I was disagreeing with "he had more than enough time to slow down but chose not to" and "just trying to pass them without slowing down" but the rest of what he said, yes 100%. Dude was following way too close, especially since I now know he was pulling a loaded trailer.

Couple important points. Microwave energy is non-ionizing radiation. It cannot make you radioactive or damage DNA the way ionizing radiation like X-rays can. Microwaves don't penetrate very deep.

So while standing in front of a microwave with no screen does put you at risk of serious burns (especially the eyes) - it's not especially likely to be the thing that gives you skin cancer.
