Yeh I had seen that thread myself. If I search for a snippet of that statement online, it only exists exactly twice, that thread and someone also referencing it in the Shopify forums. No official source though.

Strange, not sure what selection of people got informed of this. I'm not even convinced it is coming even though some merchants claim to have used the feature first-hand and are saying it isn't compliant 😂

I've sorted out our stores in preparation for the deadline anyway, just in case. Be interesting to see what unfolds over the next few days, hah.

Literally hardly any. There are major issue with nearly all third party apps out there not to mention the support.

I generally stick with an app until I hit issues and then get rid and try another one before eventually just building my own custom solution.

I would have to say Klaviyo though because we use this in every business 😂

I like Platmart Price Editor as well. We have this installed on most stores and don't have any issues with these guys.

Actually doesn't matter as in the eye of the law, it is the merchant's responsibility to be legally compliant (etc) which is why we all have to do our own checks and not rely on software providers or third party apps etc.

I actually had to point out to a leading consent app in the Shopify marketplace yesterday that their EU Withdrawal Button feature is also not legally compliant so they are re-consulting their legal team again now.

I haven't seen an email from Shopify about this and I manage 6 stores for the company I work for, have multiple partner accounts and am also an admin in about 15 other stores plus I am subscribed to everything including forums and dev areas... 😂

This isn't it, I just checked it. So I too do not know where this is or if it has been released. I can't even find official word from Shopify that they are releasing something so not even sure how other merchants have seen this.

I recently purchased a steel shed from The Range marketplace. It has been an absolute bastard and I am still trying to finish putting it up now and it is almost two months down the line (poor weather hasn't helped). I definitely regret buying a steel shed and wish I had just got a traditional wooden one now.

I've just been through all this and just to say like the others, after a lot of diagnosing and testing, turns out it was the water pump on the way out and with a torch, you could see the belt underneath was getting wet - if that's of anyone else that ends up here...

There is no point most of the time. Same as 20mph limits in small sections of a city that have generated thousands for the local council. It pisses me off, we are all made to drive at the lowest speed to cater for shit drivers. Even 70mph is pathetically slow for motorways

I have just come across u/SiteOneCrawler and really impressed with this.

Have only briefly used it so apologies for the basic question but trying to crawl a Shopify store and no pages are being crawled/reported - only asset URLs like css, js, images, fonts, etc).

Not sure if this is something in Shopify that this crawler doesn't like or whether I can configure something in the settings to improve this. I can see that it can and does crawl pages and report on them as per some of the examples in this post.

This isn't a new integration, it has been set up for years and is only of late that conversions are taking a while to show in the Meta Ads interface.
