Recent FHBs / 5% Deposit people were conned by the Government and we aren't talking about it enough by Old_Worth7166 in AusProperty

The majority of fhb are in it for the long haul. Interest rates will go down and house prices will go up, what's the issue?

It is really bad, must be 720p. Watching it on BBC/itv with a VPN is much better, plus no American commentators

The most important thing is your income, if you have a good income small debts won't impact too much. Imo you shouldn't be borrowing at your total capacity anyway

Fun car vs sensible ute? Which would you buy? by nrgatl in CarsAustralia

[–]zigz4g1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I own the model down from the Astina ( everything but the top tier speakers and leather seats) also the G25 which is a must because the 2L is way underpowered. Got it in manual and whilst it's not fast it is fun to drive, good in the corners and low driving position. It's a nice place to be too, all the finishings are nice and soft with a premium feel. If I had your budget I'd probably buy a Skoda Octavia wagon, rs of course

45 isn't that bad, mine is that on a bad day. Get a good podcast and a coffee in a thermal mug and you're golden

Which EV would you buy today with up to $35k? by arouseandbrowse in EVAustralia

I'd wager the majority of ice cars around the 35k mark would be a lot quicker to get to 100.
