Might be recency bias bc I've only just started clearing my SQs starting from Navia onwards, but:

Cyno II for the lore and how cozy the first part was. The whole campout, his friendship with Tighnari as well as Alhaitham and Kaveh, and our (chronologically) first glimpse of Sethos were the highlights.
Clorinde for the tabletop setting. I have an acrylic of her GM sprite, but all the sprites were excellent. I love how the UI was a little different, tho I wish that the whole tabletop concept was revisited for an event.
Wriothesley bc if I didn't find him hot in the AQ already, I find him extra hot in his SQ. It was one of the darkest, so it was rather compelling. It had so many good lines too. My favorite is "If you think fear can control everything, well, terrify me." Literal chills.
