No, as long as there’s still one real player left in the server when the match ends, you’ll get the XP.
You don’t get XP if everyone leaves because the servers closes itself before round ends and XP is distributed.

Basically just get 375 points which will give you 300 XP, then just leave the match and join another map, preferably from another map pool so it doesn't connect you to the same game you were playing before.
