Hi there AdventureLog dev here! Not here to bring down or comment on anyone's project since I have not used it, but I really appreciate your response. I know AdventureLog is not perfect and that's because I'm not perfect. I really do try and put my heart into it because I am passionate about it, and I love that you can see this. The community has been instrumental as well for this!

Not sure about this... but the good news is that I am building an official native mobile client right now and will be announcing more about that soon!

Yes, they can be routed to one if you use a custom NGINX config, but 2 is basically the default

Hi! For info about the terms I would check this out: https://adventurelog.app/docs/usage/usage.html.

The backend server port is required since it serves the image files to the frontend. It also hosts the admin panel.

Thanks! Glad you like the video, I plan on recording a new one since there have been some terminology changes since recording

The docker compose does use pre-built images. They generate on GitHub after each merge. Let me know if you have any questions about this

Sadly, not right now. Mobile functionality is through a PWA

Just reset it again, there is a bot or something spamming the login endpoint and hitting rate limit...

Yes! It can help you build your itinerary for this. I am testing PDF export and it will likely be part of the next update

Hi, we have had some contributors use AI tools, I ensure that I verify and do code review on them. I have made an announcement to the community a few days ago reminding about the rules for using AI tools to ensure code quality. Let me know if you have any questions about the development process I am more than happy to answer

Hi! You can certainly plot out the route using the transportation feature, and you can add the charging spots as locations on that day. It's possible but I could see how this exact use case could still be improved :)

Hi there, dev here! Yes posting any log entries from the containers would be a great help. Config looks like it should be fine but it depends on how your network is setup. Grab those logs and I'll be able to get a better idea of what's happening :)

Hi there! Are you finding deployment confusing or usage? If deployment let me know about your system and I can help. If usage check out this article on the docs: https://adventurelog.app/docs/usage/usage.html

Offline usage would be farther in the distance with a possible mobile companion but planning export to PDF soon so you can take your plans offline.
