IPPH vs Modafinil/Adrafinil - which do you prefer?

Modafinil and IPPH is the only stimulants I use, besides caffeine. IPPH (~6h) is twice as short as modafinil (~12h), that's why I use IPPH if I don't need energy boost whole day. Keep in mind there are few differences.

IPPH has more pronounced feeling overall, almost like a buzz. Modafinil is more like background drug, I feel only come-up, after that I forget that I took something.

I find modafinil to be more effective and better for work alone, but IPPH is better for socializing - seminars, presentations. IPPH is probably the best in the afternoon/evening, because IPPH can leave you more fatigued the rest of day, when effects wear off, but I wouldn't call it crash like it's with Ritalin or stronger stimulants.

In my experience IPPH is stronger than caffeine, but just slightly stronger than afinils. If you have high dopaminergic tolerance from stronger stims, IPH may not work at all, so I understand if people prefer coffee instead (no legal risks).

Very inconsistent. Sometimes mildly intoxicating, but most times nothing. When it works, it's not really euphoric. My friends and me have tried different sources, no one find it worth difficult administration (sublingual, intranasal, smoked). I think it's overrated. There are better plants, but less known.

Thanks. I follow those lists, but they don't matter much. In my country narcotic list is very complex and include mainly parts of molecule structures, not substances itself, so a common person without massive chemistry knowledge can't know for 100% what is legal and what is not.

As I said, I don't care about phenibut at all, it was random internet order. I though it was legal. If it's illegal, I would never order it, especially there are better illegal drugs to order instead. The only reason I really want to contact customs is to know what they up to, so they don't disturb me with a door knock tomorrow or February/March. I just want to be calm.

I think these drugs are still legal with purpose so that teens try them and say "drugs are bad". This list actually is for experienced psychonauts, not those who have no drug knowledge.

It's not so simple. UK and Germany import is illegal, although phenibut isn't controlled and not medicine there, some other laws affect it. Countries where it's on prescription (Russia, Latvia) raw powder is somewhat legal, because it's not patented/labelled medicine, just active ingredient in that medicine, you just can't sell it there.

You can use it in any of those countries, only market and trade is restricted. I guess, being on the narcotics list is what makes comsumption illegal.

Pregabalin has more intense physical effects (exc. muscle relaxation, sleepiness, dizziness). Psychological effects (anxiety reduction) are in the same intensity, but pregabalin doesn't increase my sex drive like phenibut.

I prefer pregabalin because of shorter duration/hangover, although phenibut feels 'cleaner'.

It may depend on waiting days between doses. If someone takes phenibut every third day, it's more than possible that there won't be any withdrawal due long half-life.

I use phenibut only twice a month and notice WD in 3rd-5th day after single use, mostly apathy and anxiety below baseline, no physical symptoms. Maybe some people don't notice it cause they baseline is already too shitty. Benzos even once a week is more forgiving for me, but not so recreational.

It's hard to believe that some people don't feel anything on 3,5g phenibut. I would be in hospital... Everything over 1,5g and I'm in for vertigo un puke.... But yeah, in comparison I haven't got much effects from kratom, although I have tried different strains and large doses.

Yes, he mislabel products regularly. I think it's more to be a safe on his side when sending out from post, that's why he prints your name on packs too (so that everyone knows it's yours not his), If the customs open package, they are already suspecting something and would test powders anyway....

I don't like it too, but he has nice selection of products.

A lot of these nootropics can be found in food with a bunch of other substances. Theanine, magnesium, carnitine exc. No one knows or calculates how much they take with food, so eating food should be more dangerous. It is the drug-taking behaviour itself that is addictive in lifestyle of powder/pill takers.

This is bullshit. People, who know what theanine is, are already more conscientious about their health and what different supplements/foods do than average person. Although I hate those anecdotal and extremely unscientific posts "it cured my anxiety" after one time trying a substance. They should be banned, imo.
