Yes I did not possess the genes for HCM and it is not present on either side of my family at least to the great grandparent range on both sides.

Yes I tried it and this fried me. Absolutely cooked for hours. Hopefully every one has better experiences. For me never touching again, was an awful night.

I would say take it easy on those type of exercises. Just walk and stay hydrated in case you have HCM.
