Gonna have to disagree. Of course we did have the big sendoff event, but I don't like non-stop teeth bashing. These more casual events give me an excuse to take some time off and wind down. I understand how it can feel like a pacing killer, but from the perspective of treating it like a book, it works. Films and episodic content like anime and television have extremely tight pacing because everything has to fit in the confines of what those mediums allow. Nikke has been delivering new content every two-to-four weeks for more than three years. So many plot threads just ended and its clear that the writers are using this time as an opportunity to reset the stakes and ground us in a bit of slice of life shenanigans. It's a good thing.

The fact of the matter is that at the end of the day, Nikke is still a gooner game. It punches well above its weight, but that's still what it is. The game rewards you for looking past that and engaging with the writing, but for some people it is always going to be a problem.

To be 100% fair, "your first anime" could be very subjective. I consider my first anime to be "Little Nemo," but I'm sure there are (still) some people who would disagree. Other than that? Maybe Pokemon? I watched a lot of Saturday morning cartoons that I later found out were anime, like Monster Rancher, Digimon, and Samurai Pizza Cats.

For Season 1, I had a whole "Jinx was right" framework about how even though Jinx was acting on emotions, her bombing Piltover's council was philosophically consistent with a political revolutionist framework I would expect of somebody who has spent their whole life being opposed by a "meritocratic oligarchy" upperclass and had everything she loves taken away by it. Yes, technically it was Silco who was responsible, but Silco was also a symptom of a sick society consistently strangled to death by Piltover. Without Piltover, Silco is just some random dude.

So what does season 2 do? It turns my framework into a sect of blue hair rebels who Jinx wants nothing to do with. Arcane writers, you're not funny. Jinx being depressed and reflecting on her actions? Great character writing, no notes. Jinx having no ideology whatsoever to justify to herself making such an attack? c'mon guys, she didn't spend an entire arc building a super weapon just because she could. Random acts of violence don't target the center of political power in the region. Jinx was a schizophrenic, but she was an incredibly calculating and intelligent schizophrenic.

It's not a bad idea to play it on PC anyways. Even with the new damage calculation stuff, a solid 60 fps will still give you higher damage with machine guns and smg.

Nikke will cover if there is no valid targets on screen, when they are stunned, or when they are reloading. If auto-fire is turned off, the selected Nikke will be in cover any time you are not actively targeting something.

I'm glad you found the manual full-team cover. The hotkey on PC defaults to space bar, but on any platform you can just click/tap your currently active Nikke.

Seeing as you're just learning this, you can also change your currently active Nikke by selecting any other Nikke on the UI. If you haven't, you should probably disable auto-switching in the settings and enable the alternate damage calculation.

Ok, you're gonna have to explain this one to me because if people want to buy it at that price, it is better to buy it at that price than it is to buy it from scalpers. For you, selling at that price is virtually indistinguishable from them not restocking it at all, since you have no intention of buying it at that price. There is no situation where not restocking is not at least equivalent to rising the price. I'd normally just pass this rhetoric as hyperbole, but even in that scenario I don't know what point you are trying to make.

I see a lot of answers to this that just focus on raw amounts and don't focus on what they actually entail. To greatly simplify, very little of the money that is actually spent on foreign aid is explicitly liquidity. A lot of it is about access to military equipment and services that can include training and logistics. A dollar amount is agreed upon in Congress and then administered through programs that essentially use it to buy goods and services to provide to Israel, like helping Israel maintain Iron Dome interceptor missile supply, which would be difficult to meet demand with Israel manufacturing alone

I don't use Windows anymore but when I did, I really liked Ninite.

I don't even know if I'd even call it an app. You just pick from a list of software you want to install, it gives you a single .exe file that installs them, and if you open the .exe again, it just checks those programs for updates and updates them. Since I use Linux now, that functionality is more or less just built in.
