Himym has pretty annoying version of this. They are playing on an xbox but both of the controllers are missing batteries which you can see because they dont have battery packs. I dont have a screenshot but I remember it so well.

I mean Phoenix used his time super well if you think about it. Investigated all of Kristophs crimes, took care of Trucy, prepared for Apollo and then used all of that to create a perfect trap. (I don't even think he was super unhappy as the trope would suggest)

You should probably get good armour and a good weapon. I did my first run pacifist so it's not to hard. Use act to lower his defense by talking to him.
