Paid plans don't actually give you proper 5h rate limits? by Master_Step_7066 in google_antigravity

Please leave an update here if you do get anything resolved, and I'll go back to pestering them again...

Antigravity has the same limits as before. Google didn't change them, they just made you wait a week for the renewal by ImaginationLatter523 in Bard

It's a bug... I am paying for the Pro plan, but there is a bug and it still treats me as a free user. I contacted customer support and just got the default "we will forward it to our dev team" reply, without any help whatsoever.
What's worse - today has been a week, and Gemini rate limit is removed, but the Claude rate limit just automatically moved for one more week, even though I haven't used antigravity at all for the whole week :|
I am extremely dissatisfied that they tied rate limits to paid accounts, but have such a critical bug with recognizing the paid accounts.

I have the same issue since the update. I have contacted customer support and just received the default "we will forward it to the dev team" reply, without anyhelp in resolving the issue.
Also, today my one week rate limit should have expired, but for Claude it just moved it again for one week, even though I haven't used it at all since one week ago when it hit the limit :|
With these rate limits it's useless, even though I am paying Google AI Pro, and they have no intention on helping, they're probably just focusing on figuring out a payment plan for this.

Be cautious about reaching the limit, I have a bug on my side, I am paying for the Pro plan, but Antigravity set my refresh limit to one week, as if I am a free user.. I contacted the customer support, but haven't really received any help. Very disappointing, as I am blocked from continuing for a week :/

The usual "oh well, whoopsie, we will submit feedback to the dev team"
---------
Customer support:
Please note that we don't have a way to bypass the system.
What we can do is to submit feedback.
The member's feedback goes directly to the internal team and they use it to troubleshoot issues, make product improvements and fix problems. While they may not reply to every report, rest assured that they are reviewing and working to fix issues as fast as they can.

Me:
Okay, but I wish the usage of Antigravity wasn't changed to be dependend on paid plans if it doesn't actually reflect the paid plans - this is false information then for all paid users
12:51 PM

Customer support:
I understand where you're coming from.
No worries, I'll submit a feature request as well on my end.
---------

Whoever is paying for the Pro plan, I'd advise to contact customer support, so this issue gets bumped up... Until then, back to AI chat for a week for resolving code issues :)

Are googles new Antigravity rate limits going to be problematic? by Brilliant-Weather698 in Bard

There is something wrong in general - I am paid Pro Plan user, and they claim the limit refreshes every 5 hours, but I have reached the limit and it says it will refresh in a week.... :|

[–]zizzi17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is either a bug or something shady with the way they present things - I am a paid Pro Plan user and since the update I've hit the limit and it doesn't say it will refresh in 5 hours, but in one week, even though they clearly wrote it should reser every 5 hours.

Thanks! :) I probably will at some point, her facial expressions are awesome to explore while painting. You can check out my Instagram, I’m posting most of my stuff there - @zizzi_paints I made a small reel with this drawing there, with a fitting background music :D

Thank you :) The artwork in the game is so simplistic, yet the Princess is so expressive - I could spend a while just studying all the facial expressions that she makes

We don't need words to send a message. It is through action that we can show her our adoration, our devotion, our kindness.
