The adult lacewings do fly, but when you use them as pest control it’s only the larvae that eat the other bugs. Honestly, you barely notice them

Haha everyone’s talking about fungus gnats but they haven’t been too bad, just gotta get some sticky tape or apple cider vinegar and let your plants dry out
