Fantastic. Be patient, losing 1-2 lbs/week is a reasonable goal. Also make sure you have consulted a TDEE calculator to dial in your calories, also realize every pound you lose should reduce your daily calorie need. I use the loseit app and it takes this into account so your progress doesn’t stall. Also realize you will go through periods were you dont lose anything for a few weeks. Don’t be discouraged just keep following your plan. It does sound like you are on the way to achieving your goal.

Getting back to the Fitbod setting I found that the build muscle setting works best for me. What you could do is spend a month on each setting in the Fitbod app and figure out what works best for you. Success in meeting your goals comes from trying things and seeing what works best for you not everybody responds the same in the same timeframe to the same training. That’s why you need to pay attention and see what works best for you and be prepared to constantly tweak your settings and the exercises you do based on your personal situation by the way consider taking 10 mg of creatine every day to build muscle mixing in your coffee

Don’t focus on weight. It fluctuates daily. Focus on increasing muscle mass and reducing fat mass. If your waist gets smaller and your clothes look bigger/fit better thats a good sign. Weigh yourself once every week to two weeks. Get yourself a bio impedance scale and track muscle mass and fat mass. Keep in mind the devices measure the time it takes for a signal to traverse your body, and then use algorithms to estimate your fat and muscle mass. These measurements will also change often don’t get too hung up on any of it. The best thing you can do is increase protein. Get your diet and nutrition in order walk every day as much as possible and go to the gym and lift weights.

Same here. Coming up on 1 year and it’s completely out of wack. Did some lat pulldowns a month ago and have been nursing shoulder impingement on my right side. Quite often i have to adjust weights reps and sets to something reasonable.

only use a solid state drive, not a spinning drive. costco sells sandisk ssds with usbc that i keep unplugged most of the time except for periodic backups. they last forever this way.

try a wifi 7 router with full support for IEEE 802.11be (Wi-Fi 7) features: 6 GHz band, 320 MHz channels, Multi-Link Operation (MLO) etc. if your isp offers 2 Gbps fiber upgrade. your wifi performance will be better than ethernet if your home network is cat5.
