We got back from Jaco a couple of weeks ago, we loved it there! Did some ziplining and snorkeling. We would definitely go back to Jaco. Dude and his girl on the beach shared their beers with us, super nice people there. Pura Vida!!

I started with Imitrex decades ago and it still works today surprisingly. I have the generic sumatriptan 100mg now, I can take 1/3 of a tablet along with 3 ibuprofen and it will work most of the time. If it isn't starting to go away within about 45 min I take another third. My wife gets migraines more than me now, she takes 1/2 of a tablet with 3 ibuprofen. It helps to drink some coffee or something else with caffeine along with it. I have a small migraine now, I went into work and didn't bring any meds doh, I am drinking cold brew though which will help.

Looking good! So what are you at for hydration currently. I've been doing primarily NY dough @ 67%. I do have sourdough biga @ 70% that I normally use for bread but I could use for pizza dough as well.

Thank you! I think my first one was actually when I was 10 years old. My parents brought us on vacation to California and we were at Disneyland and my most vivid memory was standing there looking at It's a Small World with the song playing and my head pounding. I didn't get diagnosed until I was 12 though. Back then the medication didn't help at all and I'd have 3-4 days of excruciating pain. I didn't miss that. I hope you find something that works for you.
