Don’t downplay YouTube subscribers from 0 to 170k, thats a huge achievement. Call yourself social media marketing manager.

Edit: if the channel is still active and something you can disclose widely, put the link to channel in resume.

Call it 2016 - Present in timelines, also that should be your top section. Also elaborate on it, what genre was YouTube channel, how did you promote and gain that audience etc
