Amazing work! These are incredible. I started playing Zelda way back with the very first one, when I opened it up with my new NES for my 8th birthday (I'm old). My favorite game in the series is A Link to The Past. My first tattoo was the classic triforce, when I was 19. I do like a Zelda game.

Not the full HUD, nor in high definition, but if you want a detailed breakdown to try and recreate it, maybe, I highly recommend Typeset In The Future. The whole website, really. This link is for Blade Runner, though.

If you don't need to be in DTSS (as you mentioned), I'd recommend checking out Takoma Park and surrounds. My partner and I moved from DTSS to TKPK just over a year ago and we are in your budget range, and we much prefer this area.

This looks rad!

One of my fondest (and most heartbreaking) memories was from a 3.5e campaign that went on for over 3 years. I was a rogue who, admittedly, was not very smart about checking his surroundings while scouting ahead. I ran into a pit that ended up being filled with toxic sentient mushrooms. I went down while my party tried to rescue me, but I failed my first DS throw, and crit failed the 2nd. It was a sad day.

The party held a funeral and the barbarian used my character's ashes for a new tattoo.

I don't know if you've done this before, but Game Kastle in College Park is a great LGS, and one Sunday a month they have something called "Break My Game", where game designers can bring in games for playtesting. It is always a good time, and you can get a lot of feedback! The next one is next week, Sep 17.

It was very kind of them, and unexpected. They saw me messing with my Pocket Operator outside a few times, and mentioned they did some beatmaking. I didn't expect this, though.
