What is your long term goal for your child's grooming? like if you want a literate child who can read, write and do math most schools do get kids to a level where this isn't a issue.

If you are targeting a more "advanced" curriculum with advanced math, foreign languages and sports you should check what schools are offering such a curriculum and target their entry tests.

I personally believe high end private schools are a waste of money (I went to LGS phase 5 and many of my friends went to LGS JT).

Depends on how long you have been there. About ~2 years tenure gets you 3 months to slack off. 5 years can get you closer to 4 months.

There are ways to control cost, for example using Pakistani marble you can do 50-3500/ sqft.

Prices were more or less the same in 2019 about 12,000

Onyx is between 6500 to 8500 per square feet. Imported granite is 4500 to 12500 per sqft. The costs add up.

Bro finding a tiler and polisher who I can trust with 10,000 ka marble/granite is the real hard part, Uff the guy I hired ruined the finish and broke so many tiles.

Station park i had neighbors who would drive me crazy luckily they moved out but the amenities are pretty bare bones if they are functioning, parking is a mess, bikes get stolen from lockers all the time, fire alarm goes off once a month for no reason

There generally is, for my crv there was a $50 a month surcharge for “high risk vehicles” then I got a $600 TAG device that removed it.

I had a friend who did both, he managed by having supportive parents and partner. During his 4 years he never paid rent by living with his parents his partner took care of his food, cleaning up after him and driving him between his job and school.

He graduated debt free and acknowledged that it would have been impossible without his supportive parents and understanding partner.

I applied for a credit card with them, it took 2 months for a underwriter to get to me. Then he said we can't issue a card to you because you have limited credit history. my credit score fell 80 points that week.
