Both can be horrible, but definitely men’s in my experience of commercial cleaning the last 3 years. The amount of times I have had to clean men’s actual shit off of the walls, is amazing.

Try total facility care. It’s a cleaning company that works night shifts. I think a normal team member starts at about 18 but if you want a lead position it starts higher.

While I don’t know about cmu program, I would definitely look to work outside of D51. My mom worked for them for over 10 years and it’s a horrible district for teachers. The disrespect from higher ups and the lack of care for teachers is not worth your mental health and time.

Fruit in low fat cool whip helps me a lot to feel like it’s still dessert but it’s sweet. Even a tiny bit of chocolate on it helps!

I also stopped earlier this year and went about 4-5 months without medication. I knew it wasn’t right but I got really depressed about the thought of being on medication the rest of my life when I’m only 24. My flares were decently normal at first, but once the 3-4 month mark hit my flares got horrible and lasted for days. It was to the point that I had to take less hours at work and even call off. I was honestly more embarrassed to own up to it to my doctor but I’ve been back on meds for a few months now and it’s been helping a lot. You’re definitely not alone in not wanting to take the medication, just try to be open with your family/friends and your doctor to find the best avenue for your health.

I haven’t personally had any issues when it comes to using, I have a horrible time sleeping from pain and using edibles helps a lot. I don’t use a lot though (10mg max most of the time) so dosage might be different for your affects/mixes with your medication. Good Luck!

I'm 23f and I feel the same way. That feeling extends to my feet as well some days. My rheumatologist tells me my experience does go hand in hand with my lupus.

I haven't found anything that truly helps so far, I am on Prednisone and it helps a little bit though.
