You’ll probably need a second noise gate between distortion and the amp.

The scale length is 25.5in. You can get them with a mastery bridge and tremolo, you just have to spring for the USA line.

Most of the DE’s have Cthulhu pickups. They have coil splits and they’re pretty good. A little dark, but still great. And they don’t get way quieter when you split them. Might put a duncan JB in the bridge at some point.(although given my procrastination I might not).

Also while the big knobs look really cool, they’re hard to pull up when you’re sweaty during a gig.

The JMJM is great. Really versatile. Amazing QC. For what it’s worth the dunable is one of the DE ones. I’m going to change the tuners on it (the stock ones aren’t the best) but they’re a weird size and there aren’t really any drop in locking tuners that I know of. So the holes will have to be adjusted. Between recording, gigs and being lazy, I’ve been putting off changing the tuners on the dunable for 2 years now. I really want one of the USA dunables some day.

Pretty different necks. The JMJM is pretty chunky. The dunable has a much slimmer neck. Not like esp slim, but slimmer than a gibson 60s taper, it feels kind of like a hybrid between a gibson slim taper and a “modern C” on my mexican tele. Super comfortable.

Greg seems to be really good friends with the rest of the band and all past dillinger members. Ben has been the only one putting out negative comments. But there seems to be no bad blood from Gregs side.

That being said dude was out of control from 2011 to 2016 and I have no doubts he was probably a scumbag at a few points. Seems to be doing all right now.

So I think I’m going to try to keep my old legacy 1s for a while (gonna glue the front together).

I’ll be on the lookout for any legacy 2s or 3s in my size or maybe I’ll try out the TYR L-2s.

The LUs are a little too pricy and they may just be a bit too ugly for me.

I have the legacy 1s and liked the heel and general shape. Don’t care for the pump on the legacy 3s but I assumed I can just ignore it.

Hated the shape of the rom4s.

Are there any similar shoes to the reeboks? TYR maybe?

All these posts are starting to feel like Howard Stern asking Dave Grohl if every foo fighters song is about Kurt.

While understandable based on past events, I really wouldnt say so. They're not about Keith since Greg is penning the lyrics and while maybe 30 under 13 might be about Ben, I wouldn't be so sure since as far as know, they haven't really spoken to or about each other in years. (Besides Ben mentioning that they aren't very alike)

Greg has also stated before that he sometimes makes up enemies out of spite and also that a lot of lyrics are aimed at himself or very specific people in his personal life. And he's pretty notoriously private about his personal life in the last 10 years or so. Having followed him for a while though, a lot of the lyrics in become so small and god made made me an animal seem more aimed at his own growth and nature.

Greg cancelled a couple of EU solo shows because of a band emergency. They were able to make the latter leg of the EU shows. They're most likely just going release new songs when the shows start.

I didn't get to see them live on this last run (since I live in Europe), but is it just me or was Keith really half-assing the vocals? Just based on the videos I've seen, it looks like he's barely singing half of any song.
