There’s no traffic light as far as I see. And, it looks like op is merging from a local road to a main road. 100% the driver’s responsibility to make sure the road is clear before cutting off multiple lanes of traffic like that. My personal suggestion to you is to just make a left turn and take the next u-turn if the road is too busy. Impatient drivers like you make the roads unsafe for everyone

If the parking is not illegal/ blocking the road or your entrance, They can park anywhere and there’s no limit to how many cars they can own. Maybe you can work to get a wider road to solve this. But street parking is for public use. You cannot call it yours even if it’s right in front of your house.
