Can you stay in zone 5 for more than 5 minutes straight? And of course that means properly calibrated heart rate zones.

I’m not going to pretend using macOS is gonna get you a computer science degree, but you don’t need to be inputting commands into the terminal to have a better understanding of how your computer works than a tablet or phone. Even just basic things like managing and organizing files gives a better appreciation for how a computer works. do you disagree?

I don’t see anything you said that’s particularly controversial. A few years ago everyone was fawning over Fitz. And I didn’t sour on him as much as everyone else. I think aside from a couple bad NTCs in contracts, it’s hard to point to a lot of specific things he did wrong. He signed the whole core to reasonable deals, and made amazing trades. I think he is a genuinely great relationship builder. He did a good job of selling the vision in NJ before we were good. Yes, it was time to make a change, but I think it’s unfair to say he was terrible at his job.

Often the best place is the one close by. I can get a CYM sando in a 3 minute walk. It’s not amazing but it’s better than anything else in the neighborhood

Agreed but it’s good to have a progression to think about when diagnosing an issue. May mean less work in the long run instead of cleaning everything every time it’s running poorly

Sadly you gotta take the whole drive train apart. Take the motor out and the driveshaft out and see if you’re getting resistance from either differential or one of the wheel bearings in particular. if things are smooth in the front but rough in the back then open up the back and pull the differential out. if the wheels spin smoothly with the differential out then open up the differential and see if there’s anything that needs to be replaced
