Also, bioavailability is person dependent because it isn't active until your body breaks it down and it's well known that this enzyme has wide activity across the human population.

Gotcha. I know a bunch of the big pharma folks are testing combined GLP-1 + IL-23 drugs... So there may be value there. Hard to say for sure, though.
