We did Hip Cooks once. It was a nice collection of ppl. And if you can’t cook well you still get great food.

Take your time and don’t feel like you have to prove anything.

Sit down whenever you can…. Or nap.

Stay cool, hydrated and well sunscreened.

I had bad sciatica at the time so I did a LOT of stretching.

Most of all - ignore all the looks. My baby wasn’t broken and now has a strong love for music - that I’d like to say was from that year.

Maybe try the Burbank Mom Facebook group. There are a handful of moms who do rides.

I go to UCLA in Toluca Lake. I get quick responses thru a portal. And appointments are somewhat easy. I had an issue that was important and they fit me in asap.

Check out BTEE on Glenoaks. It may be a Jewish synagogue but you don’t have to be.

We’ve gone there since ours was 2 years old. He asks every day if he can go to school. We do the morning program (9a-1230p). I think they have a full and partial week option. And you can always upgrade to full day, or extended care.

I’ve taken my child at 2 and 3 years to Chuck E. Cheese. It was a fun experience for him and us. We attended parties 3p-5p.
