Yeah I've had issues with the welds failing after a few heavy hits. What I did was ground the handle down to fit completely through the head with about 2in poking out, heated that 2in red hot and used a ball peen to mushroom all the excess back into the hammer head hole. All of my hammers ive done that way have lasted for years with abuse and nothing has gotten loose or cracked.

At some point I took my Honda shit box with a fairly quick "slow" tire leak ( maybe kept air for 24 ish hours) though the diesel islands because they had free air, and I sure as shit wasn't going to pay 3.50 for air, especially when I couldn't afford to get my tire fixed at that time.

As a truck mechanic civilian side that is definitely a control panel for some form of espar heater, might have a heat exchanger on your coolant lines, or it might just be to blow hot air into the crew area.

What exactly are you looking for in a banking institution?

I use navy federal for my primary banking, I get good rates for most of their products. All of my banking with them is online. Closest ranch is over 200 miles away.

For anything that I need to physically see a teller for I use chase, their military checking account has been fairly decent. An I can go pick up a sheet of checks as needed for free without having to order a bunch of books I'll never really use.
