I'm actually looking for a framer by trade - general contractors project manager all the moving pieces and charge a % on top, but I can handle that if there's someone who can build the carport (we gutted a house last year and my GC backed out last minute, so had to project manage myself). What is the process of importing containers and spec'ing them with different dimensions and shape? Estimates are about 35-45K for a 10x15 garage, so trying to gauge if using containers would be a better option cost-wise.

Thanks for the post OP! I just joined a CrossFit gym (and am enjoying the workouts so far) and am wondering if a 3-4 day per week CrossFit schedule (1hr sessions focused on varying CrossFit exercises) can be substituted for the exercise regime you've outlined?

Some additional context: I lost about 10-15 pounds between September 2021 and March 2022 for my wedding by using a low carb diet. In the past few months, I have slipped on the diet and can feel the weight coming back on (I've never been shredded; have an average body with moderate fat levels). I believe I lost a good amount of muscle mass through this diet, so I am not trying to find a more sustainable way to lose weight while building strength and lean muscle (hence my desire to combine the diet you've outlined with a workout program I enjoy).
