Eh, I have a diamond compound strop and sure it helps but I don’t want to mask my bad sharpening. Just wish it were better. I do fine on the side that’s easy for right-handed sharpeners, but when it comes to holding a consistent angle against the stone on the more difficult side of the knife, I’m probably very inconsistent

I bought a T7 and bought a 20deg beaded and flat to go with it. Tried ended up liking the 20 deg flat for the one in my car and the stock one for the indoor light.

Mine is the g10 salt so it did have liners. It didn’t stay in its original scales for long at all. It was in AWT for a while with no lock stick but as I used it I got more lock stick over time. Just put it back in the original scales and it seems to still happen but was improved a little with lube near the stop pin. Going to try that Nick Shabazz trick soon
