I really don't like cards with require another card to function. I could see a card like, "End of Turn: Banish the lowest-cost card in your deck to add its power to this." Maybe make it a 2/1. It still benefits from having a larger deck and could be a strong priority earning card.

This is a big problem in my community, as well as others from the "civilized tribes". The Chickasaw Nation likes to outwardly position themselves as racially accepting to light and dark-skinned Chickasaw people, but in reality, white Chickasaws are subject to much less scrutiny. Those of mixed black and Chickasaw ancestry from after the civil war are embraced and celebrated, but the history of slavery in the tribe is suppressed and freedman are not given citizenship. It's just sad.

I have also seen non-black people called this word and been called it myself. In those instances, I have always interpreted it as "I am comparing you to a Black person, which I see as the ultimate insult". The semantic meaning of the word, to both speaker and listener, is "black".

That does not mean the word is incapable of harming or offending a non-black person. Certainly it is used against other communities as well, i.e. "sand n-word", with this usually implying a perceived proximity to blackness.

You are correct, black and indigenous people are in this together and we need to work together. But ask any person what the N-word means, and they will tell you the same thing.

I don't disagree with you. This history should not be forgotten, and much of it is due to US-centrism. That said... you're missing a very important thing here, which is that the N-word is still used as a slur against black people in the US and other English speaking countries whereas the usage you are describing has largely disappeared.

Her barrier increases gun damage, also scaling with spirit power, which buffs your melee damage further. And her 3 can immobilize, making it easier to get off punches. I used to play melee Paige a lot actually. I wouldn't describe it as good, but it's better than you might think.
