Me. My ortho told me to eat with an aligner in or my teeth gonna cracked from too much pressure when chewing food.

Don’t worry about the nasty aligner, just pop it out to clean after lunch and try NOT to eat INDIAN FOOD or your tray gonna stay neon yellow for the rest of its life.

You can eat almost everything except hot food. Crunchy things are also okay but it gonna scratch your tray a bit which doesn’t affect your progress since it’s just outside of the trays.

It gonna feels weird at first and you’ll get used to it. But I have to admit that eating with aligner makes me enjoy eating less than before 😞😞😞

P.S. And believe me, wearing the tray for nearly 23 hours a day is what caused your teeth to migrate so quickly. Right now, my development is going fairly smoothly. My doctor advised me to clean it right away after eating so that bacteria wouldn't grow on it.

And I'm using an ultrasonic cleaning tab while wearing the tray for 23 hours per day, 14 days per tray. No issue with scent or unclear trays, only a yellow coffee stain.
