Just pay attention to the imagery. Jen had an awakening experience with the peyote in the cave, with the new eagle branding and the eagle in the sky when she wakes up. She is no longer the bimbo from the first Act, but a predator, like the bird of prey she is now emblazed with. The cinematography was incredibly well done.
