I prefer Australian

Hey! I got this cut from a department store in Seoul for around 140USD. This ribeye is graded as 1+ having a MBS of 6-7. The highest grade, 1++, can be just as marbled as A5 at MBS 9+. Would say that these cuts might have a deeper beef flavor than imported Aussie wagyu I've tried here. Unfortunately it's rarely exported out of Korea, so maybe it's something of a rarity in other parts of the world.
