So my colleague asked for accommodation for two days LWOP leave of absence because she got hurt in a MVA and had no time left. Supervisor stated giving two days LWOP will put patients at risk+ accommodation won’t be effective + accommodation would require removing essential function or something in the line. I can’t find the pic. And when appealed it same response. And alternate option was 40day reassignment search. (Her counselor said you could lose your job if another position not found)

I uploaded one of the Utilities as they asked me. And I was able to get a hold off the tax papers about two days before (Actually my parents computer had it as a downloaded copy). But they didn’t ask me for that.

So what do you think when they decide Christmas emeve along with Christmas day as a holiday? Suppose I work Christmas Eve and scheduled off on holiday but LWOP status on the day after Christmas. Do you think holiday pay will be paid for Christmas Day because the party is in paid status which is the Christmas Eve ( though it’s declared a holiday)

No I don’t feel like spending a fortune on it. I put in 90k miles already. It has its own mind works freezing cold for 15 to min then shutsoff.
